These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SELF. Studios NYC website and services offered through it.

By accessing or using the SELF. Studios NYC website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
Additional terms may apply when you book or participate in a SELF. session.
SELF. Studios NYC provides self-portrait photography studio experiences and may provide related photography, gallery, printing, retouching, studio, and creative services.
Available services, packages, equipment, features, sets, pricing, hours, and availability may change.
A requested date or time is not guaranteed until the applicable booking process has been completed and any required payment or retainer has been received.
Your booking may also be governed by additional terms presented during the reservation process, including the SELF. Studio Policy, waivers, releases, or session-specific agreements.
Where a booking agreement conflicts with general informational content on this website, the terms specifically agreed to for that booking will control to the extent permitted by law.
SELF. makes reasonable efforts to display current pricing and package information.
Prices, promotions, package inclusions, add-ons, taxes, processing fees, and availability may change before a booking is confirmed.
Any applicable charges should be disclosed during the booking or payment process before the transaction is completed.
Retainers are non-refundable.
SELF. does not charge a separate cancellation fee.
A $10 rescheduling fee applies when a confirmed session is moved to another available date or time.
Once studio time or another purchased service has been provided, payment for that completed service is non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

VIEW STUDIO POLICYThe SELF. Studio Policy forms part of the rules governing booked sessions and use of the studio.
It includes information about session times, lateness, rescheduling, cancellations, guests, minors, equipment, props, safety, damages, galleries, photographs, prints, and client conduct.
Clients should review the Studio Policy before completing a reservation.
READ STUDIO POLICYSELF. provides the studio environment and prepared photography equipment associated with the session you book.
During a self-portrait session, clients control the timing of photographs and make their own decisions regarding posing, expression, movement, wardrobe, and creative direction.
Because the client controls these aspects of the photography process, SELF. cannot guarantee a particular pose, expression, composition, creative result, or number of photographs that a client personally considers usable.
Clients and guests must use studio equipment, furniture, props, cameras, remotes, lighting, and other property according to instructions provided by SELF.
Clients may not intentionally misuse, disconnect, modify, or damage equipment or other studio property.
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or properly authorized adult.
Guests age 16 and older may participate without a parent or guardian physically present, subject to any authorization or consent required for the booking.
The responsible adult is responsible for providing any consent, waiver, or release required for the minor's participation.
The handling, delivery, availability, retention, editing, printing, and other treatment of session photographs may be governed by the package purchased, Studio Policy, booking agreement, or session-specific terms.
Booking a session does not by itself authorize SELF. to publicly use a client's likeness for promotional purposes.
Promotional or portfolio use may require a separate release or other authorization.
Galleries and downloadable files may be available only for a limited period.
Clients are responsible for downloading and maintaining their own independent backup copies of photographs and files before a gallery expires.
SELF. does not guarantee that expired galleries or deleted files can be recovered.
Clients are responsible for materials they bring, upload, submit, display, or request to be incorporated into a session.
This may include logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, designs, props, music, branded materials, or other copyrighted content.
You represent that you have any rights or permission reasonably necessary to use materials you provide to SELF.
Unless otherwise stated, the SELF. name, branding, logos, website design, graphics, text, photographs, videos, marketing materials, and original website content are owned by or licensed to SELF. Studios NYC.
SELF. website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.
SELF. may use or link to independent third-party services for scheduling, payment processing, email, galleries, hosting, social media, analytics, maps, or other functionality.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
SELF. is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security, or content of a third-party website or platform except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and current.
Website content may occasionally contain errors, technical issues, outdated information, or unavailable features.
SELF. may correct, update, modify, or remove website content when appropriate.
You may not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse website forms, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with security measures, or use the site in a manner that violates applicable law.
SELF. does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security measures, service provider outages, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
